24 hrs/wk, up to 31 March 2028 initially with annual review of hours (£25,837.50 pro rata).

Be part of the Health and Wellbeing team integrating yourself as a point of contact for local community groups in helping develop community led health and wellbeing services in the Stocksbridge and Upper Don People Keeping Well Partnership area.

This will include capacity building support to community groups, creating a strong community network, identifying gaps in provision, developing appropriate responses, promoting and sharing best practices and encouraging partnership and collaboration.  Key to this is developing community volunteer opportunities through a proactive training and development programme whilst keeping a strong record of a volunteers journey.
