Due to the continued growth and development of the Centre, we are looking for highly motivated and customer focused people to join our team to undertake the following new roles;

Community Development Worker (Health & Wellbeing)

Full time 37.5 hrs/wk. (but may consider part time – min 30 hrs) – Fixed Term 2-year contract initially.

Salary £18,000 pa or pro rata if part time

To act as the lead worker and named point of contact for local community groups in helping development health and wellbeing support and advice in the Stocksbridge & Upper Don Partnership area. This will include capacity building support to community groups, promoting co-operation and collaboration between existing groups to help maximise potential, use of resources and the development of a volunteering opportunities and training programme.


Finance /Project Monitoring Officer

Full time 37.5 hrs/wk. (but may consider part time – min 30 hrs)

Salary £19,000 pa or pro rata if part time

To be responsible for ensuring all externally funded projects are correctly monitored, recorded and accounted for to comply with the funding guidelines agreed within each contract. This will require close liaison with both funders and those delivering the projects to ensure all progress reports, outcomes, outputs and financial records are maintained and reported as per the contractual obligations.
